I'm one of those multi-paragraph writers, so that's definitely relevant to me!
Hmmm....minimum post length could help but...maybe a posting order would be better?
That way no one gets left behind and length is optional for everyone?

Though if multiple threads (since we have so many as it is anyways LOL) are fine...
then a separate literacy level one could be fun as well c:

I'd prefer to have at least two threads.
One for literate / semi-literate and one for simple (few sentence long) RPs.
I personally HATE having to participate in simple RPs. I like to type whole paragraphs and complete sentences. I wouldn't like to participate in an RP that has some people typing 1 sentence then other people typing 5 paragraphs as much as one that wasn't split.

I can write multiple paragraphs if the plot is deep enough, but maybe not on a regular basis. I like the idea of a semi-literate rp and maybe a more complex/simple one with different threads, so writers can participate fully in literate rps while ones not up to that standard yet can enjoy rping in a little more relaxed environment with lower standards. :3

As for word limit, maybe at least one or two paragraphs for the semi-lit one (if one is created)? The simple one should probably have at least two sentences, so there won't be one sentence posts cluttering the thread, and the lit one I don't really know about. x3

Personally, though, Flox going to the supermarket sounds fantastic. xD

I have only really taken part in semi-literate roleplays in my mother tongue, and have little to no experience with RPing in english.

i think that two roleplays would be much better! as a person who can vary from like 0-2,000 words per reply i think it would be great if we had two roleplays for those casual roleplayers and then the sad people like me.

I prefer writing longer paragraphs.
I don't mean to be offensive or anything, but I'm really annoyed when I'm in a RP and this situation comes up:

Me : Artemis's gray fur shimmered silver in the moonlight as she ran, paws skittering across the smooth surface of the shore. Cold night air billowed her fur, causing a slight shiver to slowly creep up her spine. Glowing stars illuminated a clear path ahead of her, giving her more motivation to run. Flames of determination glowed in the she-wolf's sapphire blue eyes as she ran, chest heaving heavily with effort. She was almost there, so close that she could almost feel the soft grass underpaw and hear the blackbirds sing. Her mouth watered at the aspect of finally sinking her fangs into some real food- fresh squirrels and plump mice, and, if she was lucky, maybe even a juicy elk. She slowly closed her eyes into blue slits as thoughts and dreams filled her head. The dim sunlight marking her path... the crowned trees twisting this way and that... the crystal clear water... Oh, how she missed the forest! A slight smile curled up her muzzle at the thought of it, quickly vanishing as a flare of pain ignited in her paw. A large, shrill yelp cut through the air as she collapsed onto the ground, crimson splattered all around her. Fear clouded her thoughts as she stared at the sky above, the silver stars tinted red. "Help!" She cried hoarsely with a cough, shuddering slightly. "Help!"

Other person: shadow herd some1 ask 4 help. he ran over to help artemis. R u kk he said.

I have no issues with mixing literacy levels myself, I just get frustrated when I'm writing long paragraphs and by the time I finish a reply the ENTIRE plot has moved a new direction xD It has indeed happened to me and is very frustrating.

I don't know why I found it so funny but I'm just sitting here cracking up at the thought of a 0 word reply. Those are typically the kind I end up writing when I'm busy LOL. I'm in a weird mood today, don't judge me xD

If I get permission from my parents to buy one, I plan on using my sister's account.
