"I'm really not." He meowed after her as she padded away. He turned his gaze to his sister before sighing.

"Just give hope to yourself and talk to her." Jadewing replied then padded out from the thorn tunnel.

Berryfrost let out a purr, a smile on her face. "I'm so glad" She said, rubbing him back. "I can't imagine my life without you" She told him, emotion making her choke on her words and clouded her eyes.

Featherstone nuzzled her gently.
"I can't even fathom not having you. Or the kits." He licked her between the ears gently before withdrawing, smiling lightly at her. "Is there something you want to do before I go check on the kits again?"

A small smile crossed her face, "I wish we could spend the night out here like we used to" She purred, rubbing her side against his, running her tail along his back.

He stiffened slightly, his ears perking.
"Oh, you do?" He brushed against her. "Well, I could see if someone would be willing to look over them for the night..."

"It's ok, I know what I must do" Berryfrost said, with a soft sigh. "Just know I miss it, and you." She whispered in his ear before standing and walking back towards the camp.

The fur in his ear twitched and he trotted up beside her, tail high. He nipped the area between her shoulders playfully before regaining himself.
"Maybe some other time, " he proposed hopefully.

Flicking her tail as he bit her Berryfrost smiled. "Another time maybe" She said, her tail ever so slightly falling.
