Feeling flirty, Emberpaw moved closer and rested his head lightly on her purring.

Cinderkit layed next to Bravekit, "you'll be fine" she said "I'll make sure of it" she added smiling.

The little tom nodded a bit, he wiped his nose on some moss. "Al-Alright." Bravekit stuttered.

Sorrowpaw felt her fur tingle softly as she blinked her blue eyes before purring quietly leaning into him gently.

Emberpaw licked her cheek, suddenly a slight push of water carried him downstream. He kicked behind him, hoping to get back to shallow water but was thrown violently back. His leg hit a sharp, jagged rock. He bit back a yowl of agony. "Go get help!" He mewed loudly to Sorrowpaw.

Sorrowpaw yowled with horror as she tried to flow him but pulled herself out of the water. "Ember paw!

"Move!" Silverrain shot from the underbrush and dived in after Emberpaw. The lithe she cat resurfaced and swam after him. thank you Nutwhisker for those swimming lessons!. She swam after the apprentice with determination.

The golden brown tom tried to remain above the water but couldn't take it. He swallowed too much and passed out.

Silverrain dived down and after agonizing moments she resurfaced with ember paws fur clasped firmly in her jaws. She fought to the shore and climbed out panting heavily as she held him in her jaws and began trekking. Ack to camp with sorrowpaw hard on her heels

"Where's his mother?" The gray-and-white cat turned to face her. "Shouldn't she be informed of this first?"
