Is it the end?
Setting:
The world is being slowly beaten down by viruses. The viruses are all originating at one facility in the North Pole. Each thing is infected with a different virus. No single cure for them all, except your mission:
Kill the facility.
No one has seen this facility yet, and it's name is unknown. But it is large, and protected by legions of robots.
You are trying to find other survivors. You don't know how many are left, and if you can still reason with them. Most viruses are deadly. Some do horrible things to your body and slowly kill you from the inside out. Some take over your mind and turn you into a killing machine.

Ice - A white cat with cobalt eyes. Infected with the Slayer. The slayer covers your body in ice blue and cobalt runes. Your blood is purple and your fangs black. It takes one week to run it's course. Ice has been infected for: 2 hours. (RPed by corrosive_limes)

Ice is a powerful cat, and often looks upon the world with contempt. She seems to believe she's invincible, but after becoming infected, she has become more cautious, less sure of herself, and very frightened. She is still determined to atomize that stupid facility. Ice has a small healing ability, which she used to extend her life beyond that of a normal cat's, and can slow down the slayer, giving her about 2 weeks.

Slate - A grey female wolf dog hybrid with black and white markings and black (?) eyes. Infected with the Energy Stealer. The stealer covers your body in yellow runes over the course of several months. It feeds on magic, and consumes energy to progress to five different stages. Upon the completion of the fifth stage, you die because it has consumed all energy. Slate has been infected for: 2(RPed by Scoiwolf)

Slate is a medic. She can cast magic, and specializes in healing magic. Mostly a silent and easygoing type, when her friends or family are in danger she gets a little aggressive when it comes to taking down the cause of the threat. She has a curious nature and will often ignore caution because of that. While she is a Mage, she is a bit self-conscious about the fact and won't openly practice her powers unless absolutely necessary. This reluctance works in her favor as the disease she is infected with feeds on magics.

Portalis / Silatrop - A black, orange, and blue wolf with white eyes, hair, and wings. Infected with the Inversion Virus, but claims to be called...Silatrop? The inversion flips a wolf's personality, fur color, and even name, subjecting the creature to longer and more frequent bouts of insanity, when the creature doesn't know if it's good or bad, one thing or another. After a month of increasing insanity, the creature will become completely inverted. There is no known way to revert this. Portalis has been infected for: 3 weeks. (RPed by corrosive_limes)

Portalis does. Not. Give. Up. She fights like it's her last day every day. She is semi-quiet, but can be very rude. She seems to not know the meaning of humble. After that... Just let the RP explain.

Arisu Danz - A pale green, white, and pink munchkin critter with blueish hair and several metal bands around his paws. Infected with Noiz. It progresses to seven different stages, and releases spores that will either further the virus or create a flower. Sooner or later in the disease, all your senses have been taken over. Arisu is definitely not someone you can trust right off the bat. He's quite arrogant, and often doesn't care about his surroundings or anyone else but him. Often, he will get in fights with others for fun, and to see how they react, however doesn't show his face when fighting, so if anyone recognizes him, he just shakes his head and starts spewing lies. He has a bit of a soft spot for rabbits, and wants to make a gang one day.

Irono - A red and black bearded vulture. Irono is infected with the Conflagrant Virus. The creature turns reddish, and begin to rise in temperature. Their metabolism rises, and they grow averse to water. They begin to grow teeth, and start exhaling a lot of steam. Irono has been infected for: 1 month (RPed by <Terminal March>)

A disease that manifests in the form of yellow runes/patterns that consists of 5 stages before the end
Stage 1
It's a magic originated sort of infection that starts in the neck and paws before spreading to the rest of the body. While each stage has its estimated times, the more active the infected being, the faster the virus will spread. Same goes for magic casting, the more energy used the faster the virus spreads
Stage 2
From Stage 1 the disease spreads from the neck down across the back and to the tail, along with up the neck further to the top of the head. The symbols slowly make their way up the outside of the front legs to join in with those at the tip of the neck marks.
Stage 3
Appearing to have slowed, the disease only shows in a few new marks. The symbols start to wrap around the front legs to encompass the entirety of the legs instead of just the outside and the shoulders and ears gain a few. The marks already there from the 1st and 2nd Stages are beginning to link together. While the other stages before this only take about a month to be completed, this takes about three.
Stage 4
With startling quickness the 4th stage sets in throughout the course of a week or even less. New marks appear and link down the outside of the back legs, the rest of the tail, down the sides even more so than what was already there. More of the existing symbols link to each other and the new ones.
Stage 5
The 5th and final stage, it's very uncommon for the disease to have had the time to progress this far. At this point the inside of the back legs and the underbelly are no longer safe from the symbols, the cheek gains a new mark as well. Like the first two stages this on takes about a month to completely appear.

Personality: Arisu is definitely not someone you can trust right off the bat. He's quite arrogant, and often doesn't care about his surroundings or anyone else but him. Powers (?) : Arisu can cause people to teleport to an arena that varies every once in a while, however it always has some kind of dark, computer-made look to it, as if it was some sort of unfinished maze game. There, he will start ambushing them.
Virus name: Noiz
Virus description: When infected by the virus, Arisu will become Noiz.
Stage 1: His eyesight will get worse and worse, the thing he needed most and relied on. Eventually his eyes will become a milky white, with a slightly yellow pupil in the middle, resembling a sort of sac with something in it.
Stage 2: The virus will take over most of his nerves, causing him to become numb in most areas, some places he cannot feel any pain at all. Before this happens, his joints will twitch every so often, maybe to the point where there is uncontrollable muscle spasms.
Stage 3: He will become extremely dehydrated, no matter how much water he tries to drink. After a while, his blood will turn into a very, very dark red, and become sticky like mucus. No saliva will come from his spit gland, no matter how hard he tries.
Stage 4: His vocal cords have been taken over, sealed and stitched together somehow, causing him to go completely mute. At this point, the arenas he spawns will have some kind of dark, creepy atmosphere to it.
Stage 5: His senses have been taken over, every single one. It's like as if he's some living zombie now. He will go completely still for a long period of time until he creates his cocoon.
Stage 6: An odd, translucent white cocoon cloaks his body. The stage goes on for about four days.
Stage 7: The cocoon breaks, and instead of a beautiful butterfly, spores fly out from the now dead body. If the spores get into another's system, the cycle continues in their own virus form. If it lands on the ground, it sprouts a rather harmless, tiny white flower. Nothing very special or peculiar about them.

(Well, the virus is pretty much all the same, the virus I thought just took plenty of different routes on anyone with different genes, and those that were closely related to another would get symptoms at the least a little similar. That is my theory, though. The virus would just spread, not his virus, but the virus in general. I suppose I could make it poison them instead.)
