I hope you're prepared to lose your heart to an adorable creature. Just please, be careful not to frighten them. If they run, you will never catch one.

Of course, like everywhere else, there are rules here. Breaking these rules do result in consequences, so please don't do it!
~Ferox Cerquines are a closed species. You may not make your own.~
~Do not beg for a Ferox.~
~Customs are not available at this time. The only way to get one is to win one in a contest.~
~Do not beg or guilt trip anyone if you do not win a Ferox.~
~Harmless accessories only! Accessories must not restrict movement or cause pain to the Ferox. No saddles or excessive headgear.~
~Ferox Cerquines cannot be ridden. Their backs and legs cannot support the weight of a rider. They can be free jumped and raced, however.~
~Please, no drawing your Ferox as anything other than its current specie (i.e, human or anthro, canine).~
~You can only own four. Choose wisely!~
~No gifting or trading Ferox Cerquins. If you no longer want one, return it and we will find it another home.~

• Scientific name: Ferox Cerquins
• Species name: Ferox (Plural: Ferox)
• Average height:15.5-17.5hh
• Average weight: 800-1000 lbs
• Long slender tongues used to strip fruits off of plants
• Large deer-like ears, set far back on the head
• Long, whip like tail. Used for balance and to help relay emotions
• Very cautious animals. Will run at the first sign of danger
• Ferns (young), Faenes (females) and Fauns (males)
• Diet of poisonous plants and fruits makes their meat toxic to most predators
• Due to blotching, they currently cannot be appaloosa.
• Almost all have blotches on their bodies, similar to fawns. A Ferox without these blotches is a rare sight
-blotches must be shadowed in a darker color
-do not appear past the knee or the fur of the tail
-can be multicolored, but are shadowed in one color only.
