The phone rang and it didn't take long for Sam to answer. Anna, took a deep breath but when she heard Sam's voice she burst into tears "S-Sam!" She cried and leaned against the pillar of the porch. She hated crying. Always trying to hold it back, hiding everything from everyone. She didn't want to ruin any ones day, but this pushed passed her breaking point and she crumbled. Hearing Sam's voice allowed her to understand that its ok to cry sometimes, but she wish she hadn't. "C-Can you c-come get me?" She asked between sobs. She tried her best to hold back but everything just came pouring out with her tears.

Samantha was out the door within seconds and in the Ronan's truck starting it up. She didn't even ask if she could use it but she knew that he wouldn't mind in a moment like this "I will be there in no time" she said a little bit if urgency behind her voice. She looked at Ronan who she had figured had fall owed her "something's wrong with Anna And I'm going to get her, you can come with" she said but she did to wait long before starting to back the car out of the drive way. She knew that Anna didn't have the best life and her mothers boyfriend often made Samantha want to give him a piece of her mind but Anna never opened up much, even to Samantha her best friend. To hear Anna cry told Samantha that something had really happened, Anna never cried, even when they were little.

Ronan
I decide to stay behind and fix up my room so Anna could stay the night. I barely had time to pull back before Sam was out of the driveway and out going to Anna's house. I run my hand through my hair and head up. When I get to my room I grab some blankets from my closet and make a makeshift bed on the floor for me. Usually Sam and I would share my bed since it was a Queen but I think Anna needed it more than me right now. I take off my shirt and grab my phone to send a quick message to Sam the the door would be open.

[Griever.]

Anna.

She closed her phone and curled on the porch crying. She tried to whip them away but were quickly replace by more. Her cheek hurt and had swollen up badly. The bruise was big and looked really back, maybe the pain was what made her snap. No, she was sure it was Sam's voice. Just hearing her voice, let her know she had a friend. No matter what though, she was sealed tight most of the time. Anna shiver as a cold breeze gently ran over her and the tears continued to fall.

Samantha polled up to Annas house and immediately saw the bruise on her cheek. In that moment she knew that that piece of cr*p her mom called a boyfriend had done this. Not even bothering to turn of the truck she jumped up and ran to the porch kneeling down next to Anna. "Did he do this?" She asked fire in her eyes. She was ready to jump up and run in the house to beat that boy senseless. If she had learned one thing from her mom it was how to beat a man senseless. She couldn't believe someone could lay a hand on sweet little Anna, this was so wrong and Samantha couldn't hold in the rage she felt.

Anna.

She looked up and saw Ronan's truck but knew Samantha was driving. When Sam had run up Anna couldn't speak as she sobbed. But she hugged Sam and cried in her shoulder but she nodded a reply to her question. She held onto Samantha tightly, not wanting her to go inside. Being with Samantha made the tears come out fast. She wasn't used to this, wasn't used to crying, let alone cry in front of someone. Her eyes burned and her nose was red, she didn't like this feeling, not one bit.

Samantha looked at the door thinking all she wanted to do was go in there and show this guy what a girl was made of but she knew right now Anna needed to get out of here. That didn't mean though that Sammy wasn't going to come back later and give this man what was coming. She helped Anna up and lead her to the truck helping her in. She shut the door and looked up at the house wanting to go in there so bad. She waited there for a splint second just staring at the house. She imagined herself running up there and just screaming and punching but she decided against it "you'll get what coming for you" she yelled at the top of her lungs. She turned and got into the drivers seat and put the truck in drive. She looked over at Anna and sighed "wanna go to Ronan's house?" She asked only wanting to do what Anna wanted.

[Griever.]

Anna.

She leaned against the door and pulled her knees to her chest once she was inside the truck. She just nodded her head to going to Ronan's. She mainly just wanted to get away from that house, go somewhere...anywhere. She could stop sobbing so she buried her face in her knees to muffle the sounds, it didn't help much. Her throat started to get dry and started to hiccup from crying so much. She started to remember the last time she cried. I was when he dog Max died. Her family didn't care, she ended up being the one to bury him. She was only 9 and it hurt her so much that no one was there. She cried so hard that her nose bled. This time, she was happy that Samantha was there.

Samantha nodded and stepped on the gas heading straight for Ronan's place. She looked over at Anna and sighed putting her hand on her back "how dare he think he can touch you" she mumbled under her breath. She was surprised that she could control her anger enough not to go in and fight him bit she was still angry. She polled up to Ronan's house and jumped out of the truck going to her side and opening up the door and helping her out.

Anna.

Once she was at Ronan's she stepped out of the car. She knew it was late and people were sleep so she put her face in her hands trying to push the tears back. She was only able to stop sobbing but the tears continued and the hiccups didn't stop. She kept trying to whip the tears away, but again there was not success. She didn't dare touch cheek, the smallest breeze hurt it...imagine how it would feel if she touched it.
