So far I've only seen one person calling the blu pups Metalblu's. There are more people calling them Final Fantasy pups. Personally idk the FF logo people are reminded of, but that seems to be the more widely used name so far.

There is a strong potential that they are referencing FFVII/Sephiroth, that is the only thing I can think of.

I have heard alot of 'wing litter' and then by color: blue wing, red wing, color changing wing... etc.

It's actually the same pup, and it's growing. The one with more blue was it's growth tonight. I personally like the FF reference for them better than the name Metalblu's.

Wing litter is also a good possibility, though it may confuse people if none of them grow up to have actual wings. That's what I've been thinking of them as. I'm just not sure a name that one user came up with and only one person uses (Metalblu) should get to be the "official" name...

Thank you very much for getting this topic to my attention.

I also do want to add that I like "fantasy" in terms of the name for the new wing marking pup litter. Just plain 'fantasy' flows much better than 'final fantasy red/blue/purple/pps.'

The "fantasy" pups I have been calling Okami pups,their markings look very similar to me
Also the "labyrinth" pups I call tron pups, they look like Tron xD Many other people have agreed with me on that one, but I dunno.
