I've chosen a winner for 132 now, and I've narrowed it down to two forms for kennel 315. ;U;

On another note...

How I judge:
Mostly, I look at the originality of the writing. Is the history something I commonly see, or is it a new and interesting idea?
Next, I look at the quality of writing, Word length, sentence structure, spelling, etc. Do they sound intelligible?
Next is personality. Do they have good AND bad traits?
Then I look at the usage section to make sure they'll be loved.
Next is length. I have a soft spot for lengthy forms and most of the time I require them, but occasionally a smaller form can pass by me.
Then art and extras. Just to see if they took the time and effort to make or order art or not, and if they added likes/dislikes to get into the character's figure.
The absolute last thing I look at is coding. xD

For lazy people who don't feel like reading/whose brains are fried from judging:

Both judges claimed that it was a harder decision to make than they'd expected it to be.
You put in a great effort; the only disappointing thing about this business is that everyone works hard and only one pulls away :c

Did I tell you guys I was having new characters custom designed so I can own my own set of Adelardo & Fedora (the characters whose personalities/histories I developed really well ;v;).

I'm getting them done by this user I do believe, though it's been a while since I've posted my order.

I'm excited. It's like finally I will have some sort of victory ;V;
