She was relieved as a warmer breeze blew past, a sign of spring. She looked down at her stomach, now swollen, and nickered softly to Tarkan, before slowly walking a little way away, settling underneath the shade of a tree. She felt a small kick from the foal.

She opened her eyes, and looked around, curious. She looked at her mother, who nudged her gently to her feet. She slowly took a wobbly step, then a few more, before returning to Angel. Her mother stood up, and allowed her to suckle for a few moments, then nudged her towards a stallion who she didn't recognise- not that she recognised any stallion. They stood a few steps away from Tarkan, the stallion she had seen, and Angel nickered to him, a hint of nervousness in her tone. She had never been a mother before, and was protective of her foal.
(had to remember what he looked like for a moment haha x )
Tarkan grazed silently When the sound of his pretty mare danced through his ears, he looked up and nickered ever so gently, and watched her as she entered with a grey foal. The filly stole no looks from her father, she was a soild grey unlike her father whom wore a brown coat and a blanket. Pricking his ears he looked to the much taller mare, his mare. She was a large clydesdale, possibly part shire, but not tall enough to be fully shire. tarkan stood exactly 15.2 hands, where as Angel stood 17 hands. He whinniedhappily, content now she returned but nothing more, he simply didn't go over. mares were protective of every single one of their foals, wether they've had one foal, or a hundred foals they won't allow the stallion near it. So despite his young age he wasn't dumb enough to go over so he simply watched the grey foal from the distance.
