Rarity wise, it is overpay on the other users side.
Demand wise, It seems fair. the lion tail and BMD have high demand and its a great quantity trade.

Not 100% Sure on this one, but I think if you take out the Red Tox it will be fair, since the grapes are older than the apple, but the Tox itself is pretty high in demand...
