While Niki was walking she thought about Halloween. She wonder if Tanner and her would do their first lick.
She sighed and padded up to him.

I saw Niki. "Hello," I said smiling.

Niki curled around him. She licked his flank and smiled.

I smiled at her and licked her flank. I dug my claws into the ground. I kept sheathing and unsheathing them.

Niki saw this. She sighed and the bell rang she ran inside and went to class.

Lamb knew Halloween was sneaking up on her, she had her costume ready but still no boyfriend. For the last 2 years she had gone tricker treating with a boyfriend, usually a nerd. She needed to find a boyfriend and fast.

I started thinking about my Halloween costume. How bout just some bloody cat? I pulled a black rose from my desk and passed it over to Niki.

I could tell Halloween was on everyone's minds. Especially the couples part. My old boyfriend and I had gone trick or treating together two years ago. We dressed up as vampire cats, fangs and all.
I smiled at the memory. But he was no longer in my life.
I walked into class, and immediately noticed Tanner and Niki, Tanner passing a small rose to Niki. I cringed. I knew I couldn't avoid them that well.
I sat down at a desk in the front of the class, pulling out books and reading about flowers and herbs.
First page. Chamomile. Second page. Roses and thorns. Great.
