"Now little dear, it's yours I will be gone for a while ok?" I said and flew off putting armory on in case I ran into anything Nasty as I took off into the air leaving a white feather and flying away from the tree

Baroness sat at her perch, high above and much more fortified than any other place of her base camp. The hollows of the lesser were left wide open, due to her lack of care for anyone but herself and the missing second in command. He hadn't come back since his last patrol, so she presumed him either captured or dead. Her armour, always present on herself, shone like a lone star in the darkness surrounding her.

I kept flying making sure not to have Baroness spot me so I flew somewhat higher than ever as I flapped my wings

Captain flew wide circles around the territory, doing his family patrol. With so many owls either missing, dead or mortally wounded, he was basically in charge of what prey came in and what got done around camp.

I had kept flying not knowing I was near Captain as my armor shone and I saw hatchlings that had been captured as I flew near it

Sova shuffled along the branch, looking down at the hatchling on the ground. "Hi, I'm Sova!"

I blinked looking at Sova

Captain hissed in the back of his throat as he spotted the leader of the good owls targeting some stolen hatchlings. No time to waste, he dove after her, screeching loudly.

Sova blinked, cocking her head at the hatchling. "What's your name?" She heard a screech and shrank onto the branch. "Oh... Oh no..."

I blinked and whipped around changing turn as i went to the other side and circled to the side going after him as well her wings cutting wind as she brought her talons with the sharp armory out screeching

I jumped down to her flapping my small wings actually able to balance and land near her "it's ok, they cant get us."
