Echostar stood and decided to go out for a stroll through the forest.

Goldenfeather sighed, bored. She stared at Spottedfire, his tail lashing in annoyance as he never talked to her. She sighed and decided to go for a walk, her paw dragging against the under growth. She froze as a strange sent filled her nose.
"EchoClan!" She hissed and dashed to the border, her fur lifting and her tail fluffed two times its size.

Echostar padded through the forest towards the MoonClan border. He smelled a familiar smell. "Hello?"

Golden feather stalked to the voice, her haunches raised, defending her territory. She spotted a cat, and stalked to the tom.
"Why are you so near our-" she paused as she recognized Echostar.
"Echostar!" She gasped, her bristled fur flattening, "Sorry." She looked at his eyes, though, still in a defending position.

"Goldenflower. Hello." Echostar mewed briskly.

"They're here!" He hissed, his fur bristling. "Don't let them catch you. Run! I'll see you at the gathering tonight. S-stay safe." With that said, he began to run toward his camp, and then skidded to a stop. He didn't forget the coltsfoot. He didn't forget his prey. He forgot her. Charging back to her, he quickly pressed his pink nose to hers, turned around, and sped back to camp. He prayed to Starclan she was alright. When he saw the camp come into view, he gave his chest a nervous lick, and walked toward the medicine cat den, no one asking him where he was so far.
