By "order" they mean "tell/order the computer to create the site" rather than "pay money to create the site", don't worry! You can have paid hosting if you wish, but if you want the free one, put in the box under the phrase "or, I will choose your free subdomain (recommended)" the names you want for your site. Then you're all good to go. :)

It's okay! You should have received a confirmation email telling you the exact address of the site or you should have written it down - you just go to it on your browser like any other website to view. If you want to edit the site log in here http://members.000webhost.com/login.php

That will take you to the CPanel where there are a variety of buttons to press to help you manage your site. If you don't know terms like "File Transfer Protocol/FTP" (which you use to upload files to your site) then you might want to look up tutorials on how to use it, like on this site here.

In Nick's tutorial he tells you how to create some pages in PHP. You'll want to upload those pages onto your site using the FTP to allow you to view them there. You might want to also look up some html tutorials once you have the basics down so you can make the pages pretty - wulf714 suggested one (rather nice, good find!) html tutorial site above.
