Moonstar's eyes watered as she turned, padding away. Her head hung, slumped past her shoulders. She curled up beside the tree in camp, looking up at the sky. He isn't half clan. His blood runs of Skyclan.

Since he was upwind, Foxflame couldn't tell if the cat was getting closer or further from the border. He thought about climbing a tree to look, but decided that would be too risky, as the cat might then cross the border with no defense. He kept his tail still and crouched. "Who's there?" Foxflame called.

Emberflare purred in delight.
"Let's eat by the river!" He mewed, smiling.

Goldenfeather huffed back to camp, glancing at Spottedfire. She sighed, not having the guts to talk to him. She smiled lightly to herself and spotted Moonstar looking depressed against a tree. She padded towards her.
"Moonstar, are you alright?" She mewed cautiously, trying to see if she can help her in anyway.
