That's not an answer to the question

"Only ignorance! Only ignorance! How can you talk about only ignorance? Don't you know that it is the worst thing in the world, next to wickedness? - and which does the most mischief, heaven only knows. If people can say 'Oh! I did not know, I did not mean any harm,' they think it is all right."

Here's one of Lola I took a while
ago, that Dixie's reminded me of;
Clicky
Lola forgets tricks sometimes. She
learns so many, it's hard to practice
them all! Do you have a list of all the
tricks Dixie knows?
Lola! XD That's hilarious. Ooo is that Goldy I spy? owo
This is an incomplete list because I know I'm forgetting some.
The Basics:
Sit [English, German, and Japanese]
Distance Sit [up to 10ft. Needs work]
Down [English, German, and Japanese]
Distance Down [up to 40ft]
Stay [distance up to 40ft, with minor distractions]
Come [English, German, Japanese. minor distractions. I also whistle a certain whistle for her to come. We use this more often - she's spun around and come running to me instead of taking off toward the mailman or squirrels with this one.]]
Drop it
Take it
Leave it [need to work on 'leaving' other animals]
Off
Parlor Tricks:
On your side [-lies diwn on her side- handy when grooming]
Find [ie ball, Charity, Daddy]
Get [ie socky, nuggles, ball, lamby]
BANG!
Put your head down
Shhh [closes mouth]
Smile [haven't practiced this in a while]
Paw [her left paw]
Shake [her right paw]
High five
Wave
Balancing treat on nose for max. 2 minutes
Balance whole hotdog on nose for max. 1 minutes [any longer and I'd be drowning in drool]
Balance ball on head, toys on muzzle, etc.
Over
Under
Hup [used when jumping through hoop, on tables, etc]
Go give it to (insert name) [haven't done this in a while]
Bow
Get in
Get out
Spin [spin counterclockwise]
Go to your room [goes to my bedroom]
Go to bed [goes under my bed]
Go up [gets up on the picnic table max. 15ft away]
Fetch
WIP:
Mark [since she's forgotten this one XP]
Place [goes to her hoop lying on the ground and stands in the middle]
Crawl
Sit up
Roll over
Twist (spin clockwise)
Back up

Which one is her favorite?
Lola loves to roll over. Bahaha.
{And yep! That's Goldy in the
background
}
She is <33
It took her a while to learn, but her new favorite is spin. Next favorite is paw. Well, I really shouldn't leave out any and all tricks that include interaction with her ball. XD
Do you have a list of Lola's tricks? c:

We went to the park the other day. ^^

And we went to the farm supply/feed store today. It's been awhile since we've been there, and Dixie's tail was waving nearly the whole time.

Here's Lola's list so far.
Unfortunately, I didn't have
much time to train her during
the school year, and the first
year I had her was more focused
on mannerisms and not tricks.
~~
Sit/Sit from afar
Lay/Lay from afar
Roll Over
Shake/Other Paw
High Five/Other Paw
Wave {Waves her paw in the air}/Other Paw
Paws up {Puts paws on my chest}
Paws down {Takes paws off my chest}
Weave {does figure eight between my legs}
Army crawl {Crawls on belly}
Speak {Barks once}
Growl {Doesn't show teeth, yet}
Catch
Fetch
Drop It
"Get it" {Any movement, birds or other animals.
I give her permission to chase, and she only does
chase when I say it's okay}
"Okay" {Her release word}
"Easy" {Stop pulling}
"Pull" {Starts pulling, usually pulls an empty wagon}
"Stop" {Stops walking/pulling}
Down {Get off of couch, chair}
~~
Just basic stuff, for the most part.
I want to teach her so much more,
and I hope I have the time this summer.

Smart girl! Basic obedience is the most important and should take priority over tricks, I believe. Ehehe...I'm guilty of working harder with tricks than obedience though. ;u; But lately we've been working harder on obedience and adding more distractions and different locations. I'm planning on calling Hobby Lobby to see if they'll let me train in the store soon. Fingers crossed!
What are some things you want to teach her? c: And how did you teach speak? Dixie rarely ever barks (unless she's reacting to a dog >_<) but I don't know of any ways to entice her to bark on command.

Believe it or not, 'Speak'
was Lola's easiest trick
to teach her. She goes nuts
when I hide a tennis ball
behind my back, barking
and whining, so I just clicked
and treated when ever she
did this.
Some tricks I really want to
teach her are;
Hoop {Weaving through a
rolling hula hoop}
Salute {touching paw to face}
Teeth {Bear her teeth, in a playful
manner}
Bang {Play dead}
BALANCE THINGS ON NOSE {She absolutely
cannot do this. It's too much, haha!}
Learn to tolerate things on her head
"Stand" {Handy for grooming, putting
her halter on, etc}
"Place" {Go to your mark}
Oh, I just remembered. She knows
"Go Rug" Which basically explains itself.
She has a 'calming rug' that she goes on
when we have company over. She's got the
'Go Rug' part down, but the calming part
is UBER hard for her.
