2) add fur to the tail to it runs along it instead of at the tip?

i'd say lose it, it looks great on the species but in general tail-tuffs are commonly seen. i'd say twin tails would look great or maybe even the same one tail but split into two at the tip of tail.
what would look magnificent though, is to keep the tail tuff but actually add more to it. sort of like a fluffy betta fish tail. <33
