Quick question, what does it mean when it says "SR" next to BK? Thanks!

I am new to bell kitties, but I have seen it dominating the user made adoptable pets forum. I was just wondering if/when I do start adopting, how the rarities work? I don't understand what a 'swirl' and 'chime' is. Swirl on the coat of the bell kitty? And where is the chime? I am sorry to sound quite rude (if I am) I'm not meaning to! I just don't want to go in getting really in to adoption species but then look weird when I may try to trade a common fro a rare pet or some thing.

(yeah, I could have just said that in my first question-post-thingumy xD)
If it says if it's ur,sr or chime beside it or above it.
If it says nothing it's a common.
