Tinykit pushed her paws forward, barely moving aside the moss that lined her nest. She let out a tired mew and stumbled up to her paws. Glancing around the den first, she padded over shakily to the entrance of the nursery. She sniffed the air and purred at the nice smell of flowers and plants and the warm sunshine that greeted her.

"Where are you going little one?" Berryfrost asked the small kit. She was older then her other kits and did a lot more. But she loved the kit just as much as her real kits.

Tinykit perked her ears and spun around to face Berryfrost. ''Hi mommy!,'' she said sweetly,
''I was just looking outside.'' She scampered back over to Berryfrost, tripping a few times.
She wasn't very well coordinated and often tripped or fell a lot but that never stopped her.
She sat down and looked up at Berryfrost, her eyes shining brightly.

"See anything good?" Berryfrost asked, a small smile on her face. Looking at her sleeping kits she pulled Tinykit closer, licking her all over she let out a soft purr.

''Hmm.. not really.'' She relaxed down next to Berryfrost and her ''siblings''
and closed her eyes, curling her tail around herself ''..bye bye...sleepy..'' She mumbled before
drifting off into a light sleep, her breaths tiny and quiet.

A smile crossed Berryfrost's face, scooting Tinykit closer to the others she laid back down, curling her tail around her kits.

Featherstone returned to the nursery, a rabbit clenched firmly in his jaws. He entered the den and padded to his mate, stepping over the now four kits that lined her belly. He lay the prey beside Berryfrost and sat behind her, loking down at the kits. His gaze rested on Tinykit. He still wasn't very used to the concept of having another kit, let alone one that wasn't theirs. But he knew he'd adjust, as his foster parents adjusted to him and his sister when they were younger. His ears drooped slightly as his heart ached over the thought of his sister and the tom averted his gaze to Berryfrost.
"How is everything?" he mewed quietly.

Robinkit rolled over, pressing his tiny paws into his new sister's side. He squeaked uncomfortably before settling down again next to his other siblings.

"Better now" Berryfrost purred softly as her mate walked in. Watching his glance she knew he was uncomfortable with Tinykit still. Sighing softly she knew she should have asked, but she couldn't help but take in the helpless kit. "Lay" She said softly, brushing her tail on her mates back. "You will get used to her." She whispered softly, then turning her head to look at the 3 tiny and 1 slightly bigger bundles at her belly.
