A small yelp escaped from him as he watched her work on his wounds. His eyes glittered, they were quite watery. After about 5 minutes, he gained the strength to ask: "Are... you... a-almost... done?" He looked up at her, he would've usually been looking down, but he was sitting and she was standing. Cole's whole arm felt sticky, the blood hadn't been washed off yet. Only around where she was stitching.

Her tongue stuck out of her mouth slightly in concentration. "Almost... there," she said, clipping it with scissors and tying it off. Raven grabbed the tshirt from his mouth, and dumped a water bottle on it. She then wiped away most of the blood, and resprayed the Neosporin to make sure an infection wouldn't start up. She grabbed some gauze, wrapping his arm quickly, and taping it secure. She went across the room and got a cold water bottle from the mini-fridge. "Drink," she said, watching him.

"Alright, Mom." He rasped jokingly. He took the bottle with a shaky hand, and took a long drink. This, helped his burning throat. Looking up at Raven, instead of speaking, he just looked up at her like a full blown idiot. Still not speaking, his indigo eyes glittered in the lamp light. Still sitting on her bed, he tapped his foot unknowingly against her wooden floor. Still not taking his glance away from her.

Raven rolled her eyes, and pushed his shoulder lightly, trying to get him to lay back. "You look high. You need your rest. Do you have a headache?" She asked, flipping of the lamp. A night-light was plugged in, and Raven hoped he wouldn't notice it from his position.

"Of course I have a headache. Who wouldn't after being stitched." He complained, giving a weak smile at her you look high joke. "Raven..." He looked up at her "T-thank you.... No one else was awake.. " He trailed off, his voice wavering. He wondered where Raven would sleep, but didn't ask yet. She might already have plans.

Raven sighed. "Okay, okay," she said. She picked up her phone and dialed a number. "Hello? Yes, I'd like two double-cheese pizzas and a large Sprite. Okay, thankyou." She hung up, looking down at him. "Pizza's on the way," she said, getting some pain pills from her desk. "Here, take these." She handed him the pills and grabbed an extra blanket from the closet, tossing it over him.

Cole couldn't help but laugh. Catching the blanket mid-air, he wrapped himself up like a burrito. Looking at the painpills, he gently took them and tossed them into his mouth, there foul taste burning his throat. He really couldn't thank Raven enough- but she didn't seem like the kind of girl to take praise.
