"What?" She asked Jack softly

I didn't respond. I lay on my side facing Emily.

Emily sighed. What should she do? She crouched down and leaned closer to him, "What do I do now?" She murmured. All this helping strangers was causing problems, but she couldn't just go, not now.

"It's just...nevermind. I would sound crazy and someone might be listening."

I just lay there. My wings slowly stretching out

Emily frowned, then stepped back as Jasper's wings slowly spread. "Wh-what's happening?" She murmured quietly.

I kissed him back. "What did I miss here while I was gone? I mean you don't have to say anything, just thought I'd ask..." I murmured quietly.

I hit the device, "Hello? What's outside the shield?! Are we inside or outside?!" I yelled down the phone frantically.

I just let my wings open and I lay unconscious

Emily noticed that Jasper's wings were pretty much fully open now. Was this a good sign? Last time his wings had unwrapped, it was apparently a good sign, but this was strange. "Is this a good thing?" She asked quietly.

I remained unconscious and unable to respond
