Name: Whisp—an essence-like being, normally seen in the shadows, dark but they shine like sunlight burning at midnight.
Gender: Whisp is a female
Personality: Like sunlight burning at midnight making life something so beautiful. That is how she is described—in her mind, anywho. She is seen as a being in the dark, but is actually a ray of sunshine, though Whisp may be like “A sun behind the clouds,” meaning she is—or was—quite a shy one.
Story: Whisp peered out the crack and with a sigh, turned away. It had been days since she had been outside—it was raining. Still was. The tip, tip, tip and shhhshhhshhh of the rain was quite relaxing in Whisp’s opinion, but a cat will be a cat, and cats don’t like water. (Most of them anyway, cats not liking water is a stereotype.) Whisp lay down and started to do what she had done since the day she had started living in this twoleg nest—thank goodness it was abandoned when she found it! Whisp thought with all her heart: Oh, please, oh please, oh please let the sun come out! At that moment, she was surprised it did come out! The rain had slowed then turned into a light sprinkle and just like that it was gone. The sun was shining brightly and Whisp excitedly ran outside. Humming a little tune, she climbed a tree to outlook the valleys that lied beyond her crumbling home. A sun-drown-place lay on the left of her, and to the right, a forest. The view of the valley is what she had needed, not that the water and the tree weren't beautiful; spending four days in your nest looking at the same thing for all that time got boring. Whisp sat in the tree, relaxing and looking at the beauty that lay around her. She stayed until day turned into night, just to be surprised with the most beautiful thing in the world—an aurora.
