i have changed my characters wands to emma; cedar, phoenix feather, fourteen inches && aj: dragon heart string, dogwood, eleven and a half inches {even though dogwood is not best for non-verbal spells practice has allowed him to overcome that}

i didn't have time before to chose a proper core, wood and length so i have read over it and only changed the woods thinking the rest is fine.

I gave everyone the weekend to finish up their forms, what with Father's Day and exams still going on, so I'll try getting the forms from them sometime in the next two days. Then we'll be able to start

hey guys, i'm numi. my characters are the resourceful ravenclaw contestant valkyrie nox, and the cunning slytherin companion beckett drake. my character's are pretty new to me, so i'm still trying to figure them out a bit.

valkyrie nox, or kyrie as her friends call her, is a smart, resourceful girl. she's both calculating and quirky but her shrewd and sarcastic mouth often gets her into trouble. she tends to be extremely critical of herself and others, and when a mistake is made she can be a real hard-ass about it. she hates failure of any sort, and is always looking for different ways to be on top of the totem pole. kyrie excels at protection and defensive spells, and her resourceful mind has always got her coming up with new ways to use different spells. she craves and seeks knowledge of any sort, and can often be found in the restricted section of the library soaking up the information there. how she gets in, though, is another story all together. she's a member of the dueling club, but gets a lot of flack for being a ravenclaw and a girl. most of the time she simply watches and learns to ways to combat attacks. she has a pet cat named milo that follows her everywhere, and a spelled cat tattoo that moves around her body, acting as a second set of eyes and ears. kyrie is a muggle-born, though if she wasn't singled out for it many would never know. out of her family, she is the only one of three siblings that showed any magical abilities. her two younger brothers are twins brycen and hunter, and while she hopes they will one day show magical abilities she doesn't want them to go through the bullying she has.

beckett drake, aka beck, is a seventeen year old pure-blood slytherin. woopy for him. beckett is cunning and resourceful, ambitious and determined. the seventeen year old is a companion to the contestant slytherin. as a pure-blood he's got a lot of prejudice against half-bloods and muggleborns. he likes to practice offensive spells and tends to sneak around to do so, since some of the things he practices are a bit dark. beck is a chaser on the quidditch team, and despite his secretive nature he's made some good friends, one of those being xander kent. beckett is bisexual, though he doesn't make a big deal out of it. he tends to flirt with both guys and girls and has been branded as a sort of player. he too is a dueling club member, and excels at offensive spells and curses. around his left bicep is a snake tattoo, and he has a young female owl named silphy.

phew. that's pretty much all i've got for them XD i'd love if beck could have both a male and female love interest at some point, but it's not a must-have lol. as for kyrie.. i have no earthly idea what to do for her so if anyone has any plot ideas for either of them feel free to send 'em my way!

Even I somehow fear that Phoenix and Kyrie only has two options: arch-enemies or best friends xD haha
I would say we really have to wait how the things turn out, but the two are very similar in a few things even I think Kyrie is better in social things as Phoenix =)

For Beck, I think it is a great idea of him being bi, but I think the females will be a bit sad if he would come up with a boyfriend under the contestants since he is the only bi =/
But maybe he could be in love with two, a boy and a girl, but comes together with the girl while staying friends with the boy?

I would love to do something with Phoenix and Kyrie ;u; They have this great potential to help each other and become friends but there's also the potential for them to be enemies and I love that 50/50 chance lol. For Beck I actually really like the idea of him flirting with just about everyone and falling for a guy but being with a girl instead. I think he's more of a flirt and dabbler and not completely serious about being with a guy, I'd say he leans toward girls more because that's what he's used to and I'll probably eventually have him get together with a girl because of it. XD

for Beck, well we don't have all the boys up. But he can fall for the Bright and Brave Tyler haha xD that would be totally funny. The overly happy and charming half-blood haha

Beckett could also fall for his team mate, Xander, but I doubt Xander would notice as the guy is extremely clueless when it comes to things like that xD He is, however, impulsive, so if Beckett were to, say, kiss him out of the blue, there's a 50/50 chance between Xander kissing him back and punching him in the face
