Sagepaw looked at hawkflight meeting her grin "i do" she said in full confidence. are you sure you wont break the warrior code?? the thought ran through her mind.

Then by the powers of StarClan I give you your true name as a medicine cat. Sagepaw, from this moment you will be known as Sagewind. StarClan honors your diligence and patience, and we welcome you as a full medicine cat of BrushClan.
Hawkflight rested her muzzle on the new medicine cat's head. "Congratulations, Sagewind."

Sagewind looked up at her previous mentor and touched her nose in respect "hawkflight i hope you wil be happy as warrior, and now maybe things between you and oakstar can work out. You were always like a mother to me when the clan took me in and hopefully i wont let my feelings get in the way" she said squaring her shoulders "lets go home " she said placing her tail on hawkflights shoulder.
(Time skip to camp)

Tinypaw peered out of the apprentices den to look at Sagewind and Hawkflight's return. His small section of a tail lashed back and forth, he wished he could be like Sagewind, or at least his apprentice.

Hawkflight made her way over to Oakstar and sat in front of him, looking into his eyes unblinkingly. "Oakstar, I want my naem changed. I want my rank changed, my freedom with me. Please. Then I can change my destiny." She looked at the ground. "I know that you don't love me, but I don't care, I want to be free anyway. I know I'll never stop loving you as well, but that doesn't matter if it doesn't make a difference. My life is changed, no cat will ever think of me as I once was. I'm considering taking my rank back..." Hawkflight swallowed. Her throat hurt again.

Oakstar paused, "I think you should become an apprentice since you have not been trained to properly hunt and fight." He murmured softly.

Lionpaw smiled as Sagepaw entered camp, quickly standing up.
