Alfred shrugged and looked to his son with a casual expression. "What can I say? It runs in the family."

"We're sure that shouldn't be too hard around here. When we escaped before, we saw lots of places that were abandoned. It's relatively quiet out here, the ideal place for that wretched hospital," Luna spat, in a voice laced with anger.

Ella looked at Luna suddenly. Her mind had been elsewhere, and being so silent about it was killing her on the inside.
"Geeze, down girl... Relax... We'll be fine." Ella's devious smile faltered sooner than she expected.
"But uh... After all of that... Could we sit down as old friends... Maybe get something to nibble on, and..." Ella suddenly started to feel teary eyed. "And talk about the fact that... Holy sh!t, I am carrying around a baby and I have no idea how to deal with that..." She leaned against the closest wall and slid down it into a pile and began to cry. "Oh my god... I'm terrified. And scared. And thrilled. And the whole thing seems surreal... But F**K... There's a living thing inside of me... And part of it... Isnt even mine!"

((And thus commences the entire emotional destabilization and breakdown of Ella...
We all knew it was gonna happen... Now it has... Yur welcome.))

"We're sure we will be. And so long as it's ra-" Luna stopped in her tracks, glancing down at Ella. Her eyes were confused and rather disgusted by the breakdown. "Well you'll be fine. You're tough enough. We've seen plenty of that before. Now, get up. We want to blow things up, and burn them to the ground." She turned away and began walking again.

(( wishful thinking that there is another side of Luna that will recognize Ella as her friend and try to at least be somewhat understanding of the fact that pretty much the only thing Ella CANNOT handle is being pregnant/ dealing with the fact that she was a part of making life... Wishful thinking...))

Ella noticed that Luna seemed much more interested in setting fires and destroying things than Ella's desperate cries for help. She threw the lighter at the other girl with a sob and curled back into a sitting ball of tears and pleading and bargaining, and over all uncertainty and fear.
She couldn't focus on anything besides how the uncomfortable reality that she is pregnant was...
