Of my horses only Jasmine was covered and that happened in early summer, so she'll foal in spring.}

Dream nodded, unsure of what she should say. It seemed that unlike Andy, this stallion didn't talk a lot. "Well, its nice to meet you Bull." She murmured politely. She hesitantly nudged Bullet back, then lowered her head to graze, thinking about her new herd. They seemed like nice horses but they weren't very talkative. Not that Dream was a loud mare herself, she just prefered to have friends to talk to. She hoped Bullet wasn't one of those stallions that had mares just to breed. While Dream wanted a foal, she also wanted a family. She wondered if she could find it in this band..

Snowflake desided to bring everyone to the forest, where they would be under cover. She nickered loudly. She started leading then to the Forrest. She made sure they were all together.once she had seen a herd get sepperated and she did not want that to happen,

Aspen smiles at her stallions words before thinking for a moment. "Well... I'm getting a tad bit lonely as the only mare, so I've made a plan: We find some herd and I trot up, looking as stunning as always. So I distract the stallion and you snake a mare or two. No matter what happens, I have a herd and you will most likely have at least one mare. Sound good?" Aspen asks as she tucks her head under Ricochet's. The dapple doesn't feel she has anything to lose, a stallion is a stallion, but he would be taking a risk to gain some mares. Still, in her mind it's a good plan.

Jasmine lets out a snort as her eyes narrow. She is young... but she wants some respect at least. Jasmine nods her head to say that Lys can be leader but at the same time she steps forward and nips the mare on the withers. "But don't blow me off. I may be young, but I do know what I'm talking about this time. The better place is to the east." {Sorry about the age problem...}

DarkWing appreciates Grimm's grooming, but she already mentally resolves that if he asks for a foal she'd decline. It's a bad season for getting covered. DarkWing turns and grooms her new stallion back, deciding that she can sort out things with the other mares later. it's not like it's pressing, she does have all winter and possibly longer.

I consider Aspens plan. An uneasy feeling in my stomach. But I nod. "I like it," I say with a forced smile. To be honest, I didn't want to loose Aspen but if her plan succeeded then I would have her as well as other mares. "Do you know where there's a herd?" I ask curiously.
