He read the meager but didn't respond. "Yeah I think so. I'll text you later when I have a break. I'm sorry about that I wish I cod stay." He said with a frown. He left then drove to the party to help.

Sutton sighed and nodded then watched him leave, now she was alone on her birthday and frowned and layed on the couch, she hoped Oneday Colton would propose and they'd be married and that brought two things to her face a smile and a bright red blush

Once at the party he went inside and said,"How can I help?" He looked around for Rai and Heather. He had other things on his mind too. And one more thing to get, but today wouldn't be the day she'd receive it.

She was helping Rai decorate when Colton arrived. "You can go get him." She said.

Rai nods and goes over to Colton "we'll all the decor taking is done and the food, were just missing the cake, you could go pick it up and lets see we need plates and silverware, we forgot to but some, I blame myself for that, could you do that? The cakes already payed for we just need you to pick it up and the silverware I can give you money to buy that"

"Okay I'll get it, but save you're money, I can pay for it." He said as he started to leave. He picked up the cake and bought plates and silverware and even some extra cups just in case. He then also bought a ring and pocketed it for some other time. He drove back and brought the things he had picked up for the party inside. "I got the cake!" He called as he set it down on a table then he set out silverware and plates.

Rai nodded and looked at heather smiling "okay so Colton tell sutton to come here but don't tell her what's going on this is going to be so much fun!!" He said and a few more people showed up and it was going to surprise sutton and the waited for Colton to send the text then they turned the lights off as Colton waited outside got sutton cause rai and heather made him.

She stayed by Rai and a few other people. She couldn't help wonder why Ethan had to leave to get Colton and Sutton to come. He seemed like a great guy, even if he was no longer dating Sutton she thought that they were still friends.

Sutton nodded and walked down there and saw Colton and went up to him kissing him "why are we here?" She asked smiling holding him closely, she had brought the puppy with her smiling it was on a leash, she had brought some bottled water and doggie goodies.
