My arm still hurts.. Its been several months and it still cramps up on me. Its made me even weaker than I am. Not to mention my knees, they always hurt.. I don't understand what I'm doing to make them hurt so much. Am I really this weak? Am I really this useless that I struggle to stand? I've been out of my depression for a while and started eating a lot more. Taking better care of myself.. My physical self. I can't tell what's going on inside my head anymore.. Its all automatic. Am.. I really getting better? Why does this keep happening.. you can't win if your weak... I'm a healthy person.. maybe not in the head to much... but trying counts right? Effort counts? Does my effort.. count?
