Sometimes I really wish I could... But I can't...

Warrior cat names annoy me too sometimes. Most names are alright, but some are completely unnatural.
This is just one I made up as an example here, but...

Most of them wouldn't even know what steel was...

I hate that DX Sometimes I got a little overboard with names, but they are always something the cats would know about, not something stupid like Brickcar (XD XD XD XD)

It'd be cool if we could, but no, we do not and we never will. That's what fantasy rps, TV shows, and daydreaming are for.

And yeah. But at least we don't see names like Grenadekit(sp?)

That is annoying and rude, but it's also the fault of the creator of the RP for not updating the first page. I'm not always very good about it, but I do my best and most often I do manage to update it. Come on people, it takes a minute, how hard is that? -_-

Anyway my next rant is:

When you first join a (insert animal) rp you usually fill out the form.Lets just say this is wolves and the title says Alpha Male: (Insert name)
Alpha Female: None!

So lets just say you were going to make a boy.Now you probably have this idea:

OOH im going to make a female fall in love with the Alpha male and become Alpha female!

Well lets just say you get into the rp and a few pages in someone comes on and is an experienced rper.Lets just say theirs rp was made 10 days ago.This person is lets just say the 1st person to join.Now using your smarts you should read every post just in case.Well lets just say this player already made their character in love with the alpha female 10 days ago and that the Alpha male loves her.

I hate it when the new person does this
(insert your female character) Bats her eyes lovingly at the Alpha male."You are soo handsome.." She nuzzles him

You are basically being kinda rude to the older player.If you already see that the person's character likes another character DONT but in.But if you where really going to make a character that was going to loved the Alpha male and not just be a block to fill in the alpha female then thats a different story

That's a good thing. xD It's not being rude at all. It creates drama which makes the RP more interesting. You're supposed to do things like that. In real life, girls just don't stop flirting with a boy because they have a girlfriend. It's called a love triangle and it's not uncommon and it's not rude. xD RP's aren't supposed to be in a perfect world; stuff like that happens. It's supposed to happen.

I and some others just ranted a couple pages ago about perfect relationships in RP's. xD

Yes but lets just say your the older person and your getting ready to be alpha female.
Lets just say i come along and your mate drools all over and loves me instead.Its better if the person finds their own love

If that happens I'd fight to win him back and create more drama; which would make the RP a lot more fun. It's nothing personal when someone comes in and tries to steal your boyfriend or something; it's a roleplay.

If they leave, it's to bad; you then become the Alpha female and if they come back it's too bad. xD Make up some back-story that they abandoned the pack and if they come back; they have to start off from the bottom position and work there way back up. There are a lot of things you can do in this situation and in my opinion, they all make the RP better.

I think, between your two different opinions of the same situation, that it comes down to, A) whether you like a realistic rp with lots of drama, and maybe even a twist to the story, or, B) if you like an rp where the couples stay as is, and there's no interferance, basically, perfect lovers, where there's still drama and action. Neither option is right or wrong, or neither option is better than the other, it all depends on your preferance. ^-^ -shrug-

Personally, I don't like it when people on RPs use bad grammar and long run-on sentences a lot . It's kind of irritating because you can't figure out what they're saying...
