Chance sighed. "Ya... sometimes I wish i was born an angel or something. My life is so boring... they are probably never bored." she said.

Flutterby soared close to where the couple were talking. After seeing the horrid demon, she just felt like seeing some normal horses. When she heard Chance, it took all her strenght not to say, "As if. We get bored, too. Powers are only cool the first few times you use them." but she stayed quiet. She stayed and watched, wanting to see a mortal's conversation.

Chevy looked away. He longed to tell her
his secret. "Yeah... i guess." He studied the
ground, avoided her gaze. He wasn't good with secrets.

Flutter recognised the voice... or a younger version of it. She moved to where she could see them, and she smiled. She remembered him. His name was some sort of car... Chevy. She remembered from when she was little. But he had gone to the mortals. She wouldn't interupt them and spill his secret.

Chance tried to get his eyes, but they were focused on the ground. She figured that he was still upset about her sudden and dramatic re-appearance. She sighed. "Imagine flying... that would be such a thrill..." she said dreamily, still trying to keep his attention. She didn't know what she would do without Chevy. He was her best friend...

Chevy made up his mind. It was time to show
her. Huge, handsome, shiney wings came from his back
and he flew up, lifted her genially.[Do not ask how. XD]
He flew higher, going a little faster, showing her
what it was like to fly.

Chance stood in shock as Chevy sprouted wings, and when he lifted her, her first impulse was to scream. But once she was in the air, all she could to was smile. She wanted to look up at Chevy, but she was focused on the lovely world below her.

Flutter smiled widely and took to the air. She flew close to them. "Finally decided to be yourself, Car Kid?" she asked, remembering his lame nickname. She hadn't even seen him since they were foals...

just liked the name! ]]

Chevy just glared at her. He nudged her with his
shoulder. "Yeah, well, Chance deserved to know!" He
flew faster, giving her the thrill of flying before genially
putting her back on the ground and landing.

((No, probably not. But these are 'speshul' horses. x3 Anyways... and that's fine. I give my pets cool names that make no sense at all, so a name like Chevy doesn't even make me think twice. ;P))

"Makes sense. Mortals lead such a dull life. I don't think I could ever pull off being one." Flutter said. She turned to Chance. "Oh, I'm Flutterby, by the way."

Chance stood close to Chevy. Even though she was an angel, Flutter had an odd aura. She didn't trust her competely.

"They do not!" Chevy neighed. He stood in front
of Flutterby, towering over the ignorant mare. "You
haven't changed."

"Right... you left after my stupid boyfriend mishap. Well, old habit's die hard." she winked at the stallion. "It's fun being me. Of course, you never learned the fun of beinmg with me. The door is always open, you know..." she said, stepping close to the tall stallion. She had forgotten Chance was even there. "You're such a nice stallion... it's a pity you left."

Chance stood quietly, waiting for Chevy's reaction. She didn't like this mare much at all...
