Unfortunately she doesn't really have the authority to say who is doing what. It's the original artist's decision what to do with RPWs that people give up. If the original artist says its okay for the person to do whatever then fine, but I wasn't contacted about Vanilla's future whatsoever but by Raven saying that she was being given up and to readopt her out, so that's what I'm doing.

If you wish to give away any of your RPWs that HAVE NOT bred yet, you may, WITH PERMISSION FROM THE ORIGINAL ARTIST. You MUST speak with the artist before you give away an RPW. They might not want you to give it away and may instead want to hold a new contest for its adoption. Artists put effort into the RPWs they make and most of us want to make sure its going off to a good home.
Its in the rules. Please don't spam up the thread any further arguing with me over a very clear rule or I'll have to issue you a warning.

LMAO issue me a warning all you want.
That rule states an artist can reject a gifting.
If you read it clearly, as you're saying;

This said nothing about you being able to just decide against who was supposed to readopt the RPW.
Yes it says 'make sure it's going off to a good home' and i'm sure I could've done that myself sweetly.
This has left two members miffed over something as simple as doing something nice for someone, and then trying to give someone with authority as well (not more than you, but authority) a measly warning which wouldn't distress me at all.
Now I would love to be added so I may revamp and re-adopt this RPW, and if you argue to that my sister will add me herself.
(:

The rule includes giving up an RPW in anyway, not just gifting it to someone. And as
this PM is all we had to go off of, it appears to us that we can readopt these RPWs out as we see fit.
Also, if you'd like to go ahead and go behind a co-owner's back then you can easily be banned from the community. Your sister did not have permission from me nor did she contact me at all about the rehoming of this RPW. The rule stands. And there's your first warning.
