username : Ismene, current owner of a lovely pair of rambuncious and sassy foxerflies
by the names of Ierotheos and Minx. I'd like to add a shy, kind, and quiet little girl to
the mix. I think this baby may be the one!

name : If I were to win this foxerfly, her name would be Xene; a
Greek name meaning "stranger" or "foreginer". It was a name
she gave herself after she was found in the forest.

incantation : As it was the only thing Xene remembers from her past
life, it is a fairly simple spell, for it only requires Xene's
voice. If Xene wishes to preform this spell she must only repeat these words;

From Mother Earth my heart was born, And to her side I shall return,
My mended heart, my heart of clay, To her I offer on this day,
May she keep it safe and warm, Away from evil, strife and harm.

affects : Xene's spell is that of mental preservation, i.e. it helps to
calm her down and keep her focused. If you ask her, Xene believes
her anxiety along with this spell are pieces from her past that illude to a life on
the run. Thought most of the time now, Xene doesn't have much use for it as
she has nearly conqured her anxious tendencies in every situation.

history : A difficult, but rather short story spins this lovely lady's tale. Difficult,
for the fact that she remembersabsolutly nothing before
April 27th, 2013. Why? Well she couldn't tell you of course! But, alas, that is where
her history 'begins'. On that day one year ago,Minx; a foxerfly that controls the
wind and the color change in the leaves, was fluttering through her beloved forest
when a sudden blue lightning bolt jolted her from her daydreams. When she opened
her eyes after the blinding flash, a faint grey-bluelight emenated from a small
crater about a mile ahead of her. The nature lover, out of fear for her forest
animal's safety rather thanthe possible danger the situation posed to herself,
raced towards the light. Though, upon reaching the spot she found something she
never would've guessed to have found; a baby foxerfly! This tiny kit, dirty, injured
and emitting a sharp blue shine from her fore paws, would eventually grow to be Xene.

personality : Despite being raised by a strong-willed and independent young woman like
Minx, Xene is quite the contrary upon your first meeting. She is rather shy and mistrusting,
especially when it comes to male foxerflies. So much so, that some might even think her
to be mute! Sweet young Xene, for all her wallflower charm, can often come across as a
tad bit odd. She occasionally forgets to do simple things whilst being too wrapped up in
her own little world. This has no corrolation to her intellience, she simply has a hard time
paying attention to anything unless it interests her. And finally, perhaps Xene's most
important trait to keep in mind, is her anxious mentality. If pushed too hard, too confused,
or having been spoken too at too high of a volume, this foxerfly will shut down. She cannot
yet handle the amounts of stress put upon her in certain situations. If this is to happen,
Xene will promtly escape the situation physically and curl up in a tiny ball in her bed. You
better hope this never happens around your foxerfly, however, as she has also been known
to weep pitifully in such a way that it might break even the strongest of hearts.
