why would you like to be a Mod? This species looks really cool, and I want to help it become the next big thing, ya know?

One of the main things about being a COPPA'd members is that you cannot post in the forums. Posting/creating in the Oekaki is all right, but until age 13, no COPPA'd member may post in the forums.
