Taylor smiled as she had seen Gage's blue eyes gleam showing a rather happy look.The fae was surprised to have felt such emotions considering she was mainly that type of dog who never trusted and kept away,but for some unknown reasons that would probably never be answered until later on she had felt safe with him and different.The black and tan Hovawart wagged her fluffy tail gently when she had seen him dip his head and say that he was helping out another stray,"I am glad to see that someone is a nice stray unlike most," she said softly.Finally when the fae had turned around to see the back door with a crack that had been halfway the sun had been going down in no time as it had made the land and sky look dark,with a small sigh exiting her maw she nodded at Gage when he had said they should get going."Yeah I agree since many things have happened at night,and being in the condition that you are in and just getting better we don't need anymore problems," she calmly but with a hint of concern in her voice.

Aurora felt a bit of self-pride tug her heart as the brute said he was from New York. I knew it! She thought to herself with a grin. But her easily obtained excitement was replaced with empathy upon hearing that Damon was not always a stray. Her big honey-colored eyes grew sad, and her wagging tail ceased. "I'm sorry Damon. I was not always a stray either." She told him, her heart growing heavy at the thought of her poor, dead master. At the rumble of her stomach, she almost snapped out of her gloom. "You can tell me your story whenever you'd like, I'm a good listener. But I'm a way better eater. Surely a 'Big Apple' pro like yourself knows where to find the best food?" She asked with a bat of her eyelashes, hoping he wouldn't mind letting her in on a place to get food; and hopefully no where near the stray pack.

Noah laughed. "Not everyday! But, pretty close." He answered with a grin, his tail wagging behind him. "I'm an open book, Hachiko. Whatever you feel like you need to write on my pages." He winked at the fea before sinking to the ground and flopping onto his back, and closing his eyes. He was full of happiness- a fancy word for cake. And although he was excited to learn whatever Hachiko had in mine, he was mainly just glad to have some company. Since Max died, he had been alone. It was a big relief to meet a friendly face, not to mention a pretty one too.

step forward, towards the bigger brute. Slowly she sat down and
curled up into a tight ball, the rest of her sponge cake over where
she had been, " Course' I'll fill those pages with all I know.. and
maybe now that I have you I can get some free cake. " she said softly,
herself drifting off into a silent sleep, her body small against his. "
Glad I found you Chance, cause' now I have an actual chance to live
out here without my bigger, older brother. " she said, her voice
