Shaymin
(I know its not a fairy type but it kinda looks like one in my opinion)
And the first member : shiny Sylveon

Gardevoir would be an great option (Yeah I know she's overrated and I should care less about an stupid thing like that), and even though she have a few Fairy moves, she have many Psychic moves which are actually strong. Again, I know she's overrated and I should care less. But yeah... You can add the Gardevoir if you want to.
