Sorry I saw that movie today, and it's related to everything now o.o

The stories remind me more of the movie 'Rise of the Guardians', like how Bunnymund was the Easter Bunny, but was also the guardian of New Life, Spring and Hope

Lilian's horses never cease to amaze me, I'm now thinking along the lines that the first one is based off of emotions, second on life and third on change.
Meanwhile, the butterfly wolves this month are amazing.

Those were my (half) guesses, and Lillian said I was super close :3

I 100% agree with the first two, but in the third one it also says
"...watching as leaves turned as gold as her eyes before turning into nothing but ash."
I'm still hung up on that ash comment, they didn't age and wither, they turned to ash

Yeah . . . I'm confused on the third one. Ash was my first guess, but then again, the rest of the story didn't mention any more of it . ..

Well maybe it's not literally ash. Like the leaves turned gold, then died and crumbled like ash. That would fit the autumn turning to winter thing that seems to be happening.

Now that i read everything about those horse litter, how about if they are based on the circle of life?

First one is when we are born, discovering all emotions.

Second one is our childhood/adolescence when we are growing.

Third one is when we get to the old age, and then the end.

Interesting, though, how the story said the leaves turned "as gold as her eyes." I mean, there is a small patch of gold, but I would still call this the "red-eyed" foal.
Or is this just red changing to gold?

A few pages back, Lilian also confirmed that Caelum.'s theory, emotions, life and change or something like that, was very close. And there are more outcomes, I believe, correct me if I'm wrong.
