Is it recently added? I can't find it. I've been on Howrse for over 4 years, and I never saw that rule. Even the most elite players still do that.

I see new players, old players, and even Howrse mods sell passes to each other. Otherwise it'd be impossible for non pass buyers to obtain them. You sell them for Equus - I've played since 2007* - that's never been against the rules.

Actually, non pass buyers can buy a pass for 20% of their reserve every 30 days after 50 days of seniority. It's on the same page you buy passes right under where you get the Pegasus account.

I'm aware but you cannot be very successful on a game such as Howrse on 1 pass per 50 days. I've played long enough to know that.

That system for buying passes can get mighty pricy though, I'd rather just buy passes from a trust worth pass seller for equus.
