Oh, your question interests me... That's a very good point...
But I recently came up with something I found engenius...
So the Shinigami sees a Human's name and life span, yes? But what if that human has a name change? Which name does the shinigami see? The old name, the new name or both names, and which one would work in the death note? Any theories?

I have had a million questions about the death note. I believe the birth given name, because its written on there birth certificate right?
Another question: If someone got married, would you use there original last name or there new one? and what if they got divorced? Also, if someone got plastic surgery and destroyed all past pictures of there original face, they would be invincible from the death note, right o3o?

I went to ComicCon today, and cosplayed as Misa Amane! And got my picture taken with some random guy displaying as L! (There were no Light cosplayers) And I got a cute L badge and a deathly hallows necklace, and a T-shirt that says 'I am SHER Loki'd. I am one happy fangirl

I'm actually making a fursuit (yus, i'm a furry, please don't judge meeee ;_;) But I'm on vacation and I couldn't bring it so I can't work on it ;_; Hopefully i finish it soon because I have no items to cosplay. I guess I'll just use my fursuit this year for any upcoming cons, and next year I'll find something. Maybe Light? ^_^ (admit it, most girls cosplay as him anyway XD) Maybe I might bump into you and a picture we will take owo
