I still can not believe that BTOOM! the anime, is so short, I watched the whole series in 4 hours, and then also an ending that is so mean, What is going to happen then, If they are still on the island, I need more!! D: Anyome feel the same?

Yeah, but the I can't link the video on CS to show you because it's against the rules. I'm sorry! He just said some very inappropriate overtly sexual things to young female fans and it made me and many other people extremely uncomfortable. It's hard to appreciate anime that he dubs because of that (which is sad, because he does the voice of one of my favorite game characters, but that's game related so a bit off topic lol)

Also, T&B is 25 episodes and 2 full length movies. ^_^ It's really short and easy to watch.

Yes!! That ending really wasn't satisfactory. I've started on the manga, but haven't read through too much of it yet. The art in the anime is so much better than the manga though. XD

Also I PRAY TO THE HEAVENS that FUNimation never gets the rights to a Zelda anime (or any good anime ever for that matter). They overuse Vic Mignogna is all of their dubbing and he is a disgusting human being who has no rights getting jobs. He makes extremely inappropriate comments and jokes about his under-aged fans. I've gone to Dragon*con for the past 15 years (this will be year 16). Last year he was the host of the Masquerade (their costume contest) and his hosting was controversial and disgusting. There is a call for him to never be invited again after the things he said. He is, by far, my least favorite voice actor in the industry and I wouldn't want him touching a Zelda anime even from the sidelines. He is just not a good person, honestly.

And no. Just No. Vic is not like that at all. If you say this, it's because you've never gotten to know him. This guy is the best and kindest VA out there. He says those things, because people.ask.him.to! I can't tell you how many times a fan has asked him to do Tamaki's coffee line because they like it! Vic is all about pleasing the people around him, and fans tend to like it when he takes on the voice of a character and recites a quote. Some quotes could probably be thought of as indecent, but no one makes a fuss because the fans request it.

He is my most favorite VA because he's such an awesome person.

I don't think you have a right to say you have personally "gotten to know him" either unless you've hung out with him in private before. (which I haven't, so I'm not arguing that I know him well either) But I've seen him in person multiple different times, actually. The first time was about 6 years ago when he was in a panel at a convention with my personal favorite English VA, Richard Epcar. And I've literally spoken to him before, at another convention. He has a really big personality that comes off as friendly and sociable, I admit. There are a lot of rumors about him floating around the internet that I personally don't believe are true. I've never heard or see him say anything homophobic, which is one of the rumors. However, I have personally heard with my own ears him saying gross things to children. And it's not a matter of hearing it out of context - I was watching a live, unscripted event and the entire audience was uncomfortable. This wasn't actually at an anime convention, and most of the girls probably didn't know who he was (although one of the girls he said something to WAS cosplaying Edward from FMA so she obviously was familiar with him.) I think an adult man who says things like this young girls is not an "awesome person" at all, but I guess we have different opinions on the matter ^_^

I'd really like to link the video but the things he says are against CS rules.

The sad truth is that sometimes our favorite celebrities aren't good people. Sometimes it's hard to believe because we admire them so much.

i'm not against dubs but tbh people who watch 4kids dubs not to make fun of them are uneducated toilets.

I think I only knew 4kids dub of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds and I didn't find it much differnt from other dubs (just the voices, can't say anything about changes they made), I only know that they like to censor things and deleted online streams, but I only know the german dub, I guess the english is different and I don't know how much 4kids had to do with the german one.

@Siren~ It's true that I don't "know him personally" but I've watched about everything I can get my hands on involving Vic Mignogna. Including panels, signing videos, his Star Trek thing, about anything else I can find on youtube, and what the Risembool Rangers send out in emails. You can say whatever you want, but I will never believe that he is anything other than a good guy. Perhaps he said something the wrong way at the wrong time. It happens, but I don't think he'd try to cause a scene. And I am well aware that watching videos doesn't mean anything, but there are some things, like the way he lights up and gets excited with the fans, that one can't fake. But yeah, difference of opinions. It happens.

@Nitro: I actually did an update just a couple of days ago, through the Inuyasha entry, but I've got a lot going on right now. I'll make an effort to get a few more done, but they just keep piling up. XD
