[ hmmmm, i say today. today is friday for me. tomorrow is when i will be most active. sunday i might be busy and then it will be school again.
since spring is usually one of the longer seasons does it really matter if it's today or tomorrow? ]

blegh, i have to post for eight characters on a different site where i write almost two times the amount i did for grim for every character ;u; my fingers are dying. ]

watching as she tensed up and told him to move off, grim simply paused in his step and waited for her to calm. he was a patient stallion and knew better than to rush in and demand answers from her. if she wanted to answer his question or not, he wouldn't mind. as long as she didn't cause trouble. her next words proved that her temper had died down and grim not took a chance, shuffling forward through the snow and lighting grooming her mane absently. it was just a way to offer comfort. he noticed the position of her tail and murmured, "i'm not going to strip you of your rank or anything. the choice isn't mine." he then listened calmly as she asked who he was. the way she broke off suggested she had run into the bachelors before and he wondered which one she must have encountered. certainly not grim or pan since he would have remembered her pretty, odd coloured eyed. "first of all. i am no stud." he shot her a goofy grin, again trying to lighten the mood, "studs are those who have sired off spring. i have had no children. second, i don't believe i have ever met you before either so i will introduce myself. my name is reaper of souls. quite depressing so i prefer grim. though that is also not very positive. i guess such names just stick to me." the grey stallion went back to nibbling at her mane, "and who are you may i ask?"

gold watched as cerberus and pride nibbled ans nipped at each other. he continued to graze as they did so, until the appaloosa moved away to find a better source of vegetation. while pride stuck with the distasteful grass under their hooves, gold followed cerberus and began lipping the bark of a tree, tearing it off and crunching on it. being stuck in winter before, golden morning had often resorted to eating the bark off of trees. it was certainly more filling than the grass, but had a similar, foul taste.

spirit watched calmly as his new mare dropped her head to pick at the little good grass there was. his eyelids grew heavy as he pressed his golden-coloured body against both of his mares, nickering a thanks to winter as she began grooming his back. the stallion moved his neck to winter, returning the favour.

ricochet pressed her poll onto frost's cheek, letting her forelock drape over his head. she could tell he was still tense; she could feel his muscles under his roan pelt. the paint mare lipped his neck, trying to calm him. she eventually moved away, grazing on the tasteless grass.

cloud kept her head high as she pranced to her new herd mates. as one of the mares spoke to her, she smiled and replied with a soft whinny. "i'm stormy cloud, but please, call me cloud." as the mare outstretched her neck, cloud did the same, brushing her velvety muzzle against mews'. she blinked her warm brown eyes, examining the black mare in front of her. these horses were well taken care for, and cloud was lucky to have been brought into such a herd - many stallions were harsh and cruel, but tidal had seemed much less brutal. as faith gave her a small 'hello', the dappled grey turned her head to her and whickered a greeting in return.

(All right, well the front page has been updated and it is now spring) (will be posting for others soon, I'm a bit busy at the moment)

It was spring now, which was a great thing as it would become warmer and food would no longer become scarce but things would become chaotic. Mares, including Asuna, would be going into heat and stallions would be fighting and going crazy over them. The chestnut let out a soft sigh, she wasn't carrying Ace's foal, and it wouldn't be too long before she was in heat. She wouldn't mind having another foal, as long as the stallion was one that she was okay with. The mare simply stayed with her two fillies and grazed, her tail flicking to swat away flies. Olivia stayed close to her mothers side, Venus doing the same. The filly was barely a yearling and she wanted to go play with the others, but was a bit unsure if she should go over and meet these new fillies. The chestnut filly looked around, her ears pricked as she looked around. Both fillies had Asuna's coat, However Venus looked more like Asuna while Olivia looked more like Ace. Olivia was older than Venus was, yet she was less confident than her younger sister.

Natsu was two years old now, and it was unlikely that the young stallion would be staying in Warrior's herd for much longer. He would become a nuisance to his father, and would eventually be driven out. For right now the colt stood near Summer, his ears flicking back and forth as he watched Warrior attempt to bring his mother and sister back but the stallion he was against was several years older so it seemed unlikely he would be able to bring them back.
