Probably not, on the Gen 3 games they were pretty abundant XD

guys any Pokemon that is breedable Is not rare with exceptions to Pokemon with multiple forms like vivilion. "Some" Vivilion forms along with winter/fall/summer are uncommon.

eh. I agree with you to a certain extent. Pokem that you can't get in x and y and are uncommon in the other games are rarer *goes hunting for examples

I've gotten majority (probably 500+) of my dex with scatterbug. The only breed able I am having a hard time getting are the different forms.
