I'm thinking somewhere between 200k-300k e? With offers considered for both because they both have retired coats and retired items like Philote's Stroke, which I gather are quite expensive to purchase? Would you say that sounds about fair? ^_^ maybe 20k-30k for Sinful Night (Apollos Lyre, Philotes Stroke, Achille's Heel) and I'll keep Neji as a pass horse

Only some retired coats are valuable. I'm talking about less than 100-300 copies left, usually. If there are 600-900 copies left, there won't be much rush to get them, as there are already a lot of horses with that coat.

Well horses with less BMI's and around the same skills/gp are up for about that price anyway x) Can't hurt to put it too high but with offers available rather than too low and regret it xD I'm not in desperate need for money or passes or anything as I lack direction at the moment. I bought an Akhal Teke Mare, but because I've just returnd and I'm used to Lusi's I'm not sure whether she's any good or not!

Yes, it's a good idea to try. But lower it slowly if nobody buys it, try to get a lot of it as possible. I always do that.

I need ideas on how to earn equus...I'm struggling in that department. I am trying to earn trophies by buying horses of each breed and coat color so I am not selling any of my horses really.

I'm doing the same. I find flipping horses a fast way to make money. If you get a GA by completing all of your tasks for that day, put it on a good horse and use a 'limited edition' coat so it turns into a Retired Golden Apple. That will easily go for 50k or more.
