Why I Want Him; Well, just look at this fellow. He's absolutely adorable, and I'd certainly love to call him my own. I love how he looks in his reference sheet, and I also love the personality I gave him. It's pretty much a dream character concept I have here, so winning him would mean quite a bit to me. If I were to win him, Surgat would be given his own little ask page here on CS. He would be drawn as often as possible, and I'd love to RP him with his family. Overall, he'd be loved.

Family; Dalmar hates his family. they try to control him, even treat him like a little boy.
he only likes his sister whom he plans to take over the world with.
his mother treats him like a baby and his father does as well, all of his family are terrible.
when they give him birthday gifts he doesn't want picture books or a fake gun (well he did kind of have fun shooting his sister) he only ever wanted battle strategies and books about science and physics. because what his family does not know is that he is more intelligent then catches the eye. he has moved up grades and only had to stay for two months until they knew he was too smart for that class.
the babying if all goes well, will stop because of his master plan.

However, he loves mazie. her sorcery fascinates him and she isn't like his parents and uncles and other aunts, she treats him normally and he enjoys to watch her mind-read when she is out of the experiment place.
He's happy to say however that he is planning on moving with Mazie soon.
