How would anyone have a shiny Xerneas or Yveltal? None of the cheats work anymore. As far as I know.

Just three words for you: Carnival of Events. Japan has made two billion (not) of events of pokémons like Diancie, Hoopa, Volcaniun, AZ's Floette (Eternal Flower) and also the probability of Shiny Xerneas and Yveltal events that only occurred in Japan (As long as I know).
