Snowpaw left the camp without discussing.
He was smart and did not have any inclination to get
killed. He quickly moved over into Windclan territory
where they accepted him into their clan quickly enough.
Specklepaw was heartbroken when Snowpaw had to
leave Thunderclan's ranks. She had followed his scent
during the night all the way to Windclan, where she
was accepted in as well.
Tick tock, tick tock, Thunderclan! You just exiled
a loyal apprentice and his sister went along with
him... Two birds with one stone.

Fernshade's stubbed tail swished back and forth as she counted and sorted herbs. She had been doing it since midnight, since she couldn't sleep, and had fallen asleep on and off. The calico decided to relieve Gemfur of her vigil. Fernshade froze in her spot just where Gemfur was supposed to be sitting. She was gone! Fernshade gasped, knowing Gemfur couldn't have gone back to the warrior's den already. The signs were obvious. Gemfur was murdered!
