Sun walked along, perking her ears at a herd (Pandemic's). She briskly trotted over, Trying to avoid stepping in the areas that had more layers of snow. Sge saw many mares, and a stallion. She let out a curiou nicker to them, approaching slowly.

Winter watched the mare. In return, she bumped her nose against the mare's muzzle. She flared her nostrils, breathing in Dakota's scent. A nicker rumbled in her throat, and she glance at Spirit, ears perked. She ten looked at Dakota, before dropping her head to graze before the snow grew thicker, even thought hey were partially protected by the trees.

Dakota wasn't going to decide the lead mare thing until she had adjusted to the herd. The mare lowered her head as well and began to graze again. The mare flicked her ears, alert and cautious as she did so.

Sparks neighed in alarm as the herd was swarmed by stallions. In an instant she raised her head, showed off her teeth and pinned her ears. The lead mare kicked out and watched as the older one attacked Ace, while the two younger ones rounded up the rest of the herd. Her eyes drifted towards a single bachelor, the same one who had covered her in the beginning of autume. She snaked the mares into the trees before turning towards the younger two. They should be easy to drive off, since they are only like two and maybe four...

Sparks cantered towards the sire of her foal and nipped him, she had drove him out before, when he had covered her, it was as simple as that. The sabino nipped him and gave him a small shove. She snaked towards the other one, teeth still showing. Sparks then returned to her herd, she felt some what like a guard, always guarding her herd.

Bella snorted softly at Grim's reply. With a small nod, the mare turned her head to watch Pan try to take over the herd. She noticed a taller mare who seemed to be lead mare of that herd. Silently, she hoped a few of these mares might be able to escape. Ears flicking, she looked towards Astria and Mystery, who whispered queitly to each other.

(That's not the form I was talking about, I was talking about the one on V1. I forgot how old Ace was so that's why I didn't mind but when I looked at the front page I saw that Ace was only seven and on V1 you put that he was five on his form so he should only be seven. I'm sorry that I snapped at you I just got a little angry.)

Garry was inexperienced but Thunder knew what to do. The stallion had a band of mares in the past, though lost them all this year. He tuned five this autumn, he wasn't going to run because Sparks tried to drive him away. He moved towards the herd and bared his teeth when Sparks came close. Garry had backed away with his ears flattened when Sparks shoved him away but Thunder whinnied to the younger stallion and told him not to leave. A little help would be nice, but Thunder knew that he could do this. He circled Ace's band and watched them carefully, his ears flicking back and forth. If anyone tried to leave or wander off, he would nip them and snake them back to their herd. He was a bit unsure, but one of the stallions told him to threaten their offspring so if the mare had a filly, that's what he would do. Garry hesitated, not wanting Sparks to go after him like that again, the colt still didn't really know what he was doing but he moved towards the herd.

Asuna warily watched the bachelors that had come to the herd, one, the older one, had gone after Ace while the two younger ones headed after the mares. One was a two year old, and Asuna wondered why he was even here since the mares would be able to drive them away but the other one was older and seemed to know what he was doing. The chestnut pinned her ears at them and kept her two fillies close as she watched the bachelors warily. Garry she didn't pay much attention to, he was just a colt, but she was watching Thunder in case he tried to do something.

(No, they might go after one or two more but they aren't going to attack every herd, I think that would be too much)

(haha yea, also how do bachelor band herds work? would they seperate after a while? I mean won't they fight amongst themselvse once the mares come into heat?)
