Night:
I flick my ears back and forth, scenting the air just like I had always done while hunting rabbits. Which is what my nose immediately searched for. Before long my nose picked up a faint smell of rabbit and I crouched low to the snow like I had taught myself. I was so small, I didn't weigh enough to sink into the snow and the going was easy. I look back and motion for the others to follow.

I blush in embarrassment and tuck my tail underneath me. "Better?"

Fredd laughed and followed Night keeping his body low but he slowly sunk into the snow so he kept moving from side to side trying to keep his weight balanced.

I pad slowly ahead, and pinpoint the rabbit. Like I had done a few times before I kept low and this time my tail tucked.
