This is the thread I'll post all my character forms on. Feel free to use the general outline of the form, but not all the coding. I'd be happy to make a form for you, just PM me about it if you have that in mind. Anyway...these are my character forms!

Cody is a very sweet guy, but you have to get to know
him first. He's very quiet and timid at first, but he
should warm up to you quickly. He's very straight
forward. If he doesn't like you, he will tell it to your
face, not go behind your back and try to sabotage you
that way. He's a very good friend because he'll listen to
you rant without telling you to shut up or move on with
life. He's very patient, but has a short temper if you
tick him off. He often bottles up his emotions and
releases them when no one is around. He doesn't like
it when people see him angry, because he isn't exactly
at his best. He tends to slink off into the forest and go
all-out on trees until his knuckles bleed. Well, that's pretty

Katrina prefers to be called Kat, mainly because that
was her best friend's nickname for her before he
passed on. He was the only one she trusted. He died
a few years back in a car accident, and he took the
majority of her happiness with him. She had grown
very fond of him, almost to the point of becoming
helplessly infatuated. But then he died on her, all
thanks to that one stupid drunken driver in New York,
New York. He was killed shortly after their two families
moved. Every so often she'll have a random flashback
of her with her friend (who was named Hans) and she'll
just stare off into the distance. She often tears up
whenever someone brings up even the name, so it causes
her pain when people talk about how horrible Hans was
in Frozen. She often looses her temper on that
subject, and then comes to realize that they were talking
about the character, and not her late best friend.

Sylvia Marie Holowicki is a very quiet girl. She's rather
small for her age, being sixteen and sanding at 5'3" and
weighing in at 115 lbs. She's been labeled as a selective
mute, only speaking when she absolutely needs to.
Her bright cobalt eyes and fake smiles hide everything
in her past. The boyfriends, the family, everything.
Sometimes it even makes people think she may
actually be happy for once. But people are stupid. They
can't see what she's feeling inside. And that's mainly
because she doesn't want them to see what it's like,
being her. She's just a scared little girl. She doesn't know
who or what to trust. Her trust has already been
shattered once, she doesn't need it shattered again. She
doesn't even know if she can let someone in again.
She wants to be able to open up to him, but she just
can't seem to bring herself to do it. It would be going
against so much hard work or building her walls up so
no one could get in and break her again. She gets some-
what frightened whenever he leans in to kiss her. She
becomes tense whenever he reaches for her hand. She
automatically wants to run from him; that's what she's
been doing all these years. She just can't bring herself
to open up to him and tell him all about her horrible
past. But she desperately wants to.
She's the girl who thinks too much, but doesn't say

Sylvia's history was very...interesting. She's had quite a life so far. She's experienced a lot for being only seventeen years of age. She lives with her three brothers and two sisters, being one of the middle children. She's always been picked on because of her childish frame, but do not be fooled by her size, she has quite the temper.
When she was very young, her father went off to war. Outside of the dome. She hasn't seen him since. Every day, she hears stories about how great he was from her friends and his mother and older siblings who remember him, but has only seen pictures. She isn't sure if he's dead or if he's still out there somewhere, where all the monsters are. She's been trying to contact him so she can allow him to come into the dome via the weak spot she's found.
Everyone always says she has her mother's features, but her father's personality. She assumes this is true, because her mother is very gentle and patient and kind. She isn't a complete opposite, but she's nothing like that. With the temper to match her hair, she's always either been the outcast or the target. She's never liked being either one.
She has been taking care of herself for almost her entire life. She's never been able to have her mother's full attention because of all her other siblings. Most of the time she's helping her youngest sister, Alexandra, get to school without anyone picking on her. She's always enjoyed being there for little Alexandra, but her mother always seems to be busy whenever she needs help with something. It gets quite frustrating for her. She's come to find an area of life that she can just escape from all of these problems, and that would be reading.
She's always found that books seem to transport her into a separate world, whether it be a world of adventure and romance or a world of horror and drama. She's always liked reading, and the reason why is because no one seems to bother her when she reads. That may be true, or it could be just because she's learned out to block everyone else out whenever she reads.

his house. Not two years later, someone
broke into the facility with a gun and shot
twenty-five students and teachers, killing

this point. He grew up in a big family,

always teased him. He was the middle child

Gabriella is a very quiet girl. She's often alienated by everyone around her. She's often either reading or writing, so she's usually on her own anyway. She's really sweet once you get to know her, it jut takes some effort to make her open up to you. She's fluent in five different languages, them being English, German, Italian, French, and Spanish. She's very soft-spoken, and has even been labeled a selective mute.
She doesn't really have any friends because of her trust issues. Her tragic history has lead her to that problem.
When she was very young, she was very naïve. She trusted pretty much everyone she met, and she talked much more. She had a group of friends who will remain unnamed who had gotten into some bad things during middle school. These had been her friends since kindergarten, so she trusted them. They almost talked her into doing some things that didn't really suit her personality and made her feel uncomfortable, but she was saved by her older brother. She had realized by that point that not everyone in the world is good.
She very athletic, but hasn't ever been brave enough to try out for a school team. She's really good at softball, basketball, and bowling. She practices with her brother, who helps her excel in those sports. She really likes playing, and would amaze pretty much everyone during physical education, but still, no one ever complimented her. No one ever told her she should try out for the team. No one ever told her she was that good. So she always told herself that she wasn't good enough. That she wouldn't make it. Nobody ever really talked to her because no one knew she could talk.
She's always got her nose in a book, and is always writing things down. She's more of an observer than a doer.
