"You're the smartest medicine cat that's ever lived," Mosspaw insisted. "But still, how can one cat make sure that an entire Clan is safe?"

"We may not know that yet Mosspaw," She mews kindly. "But StarClan does, and they believe in us. They will guide us though our destiny, until we also walk among them." She purrs. "StarClan knows what they're doing. They will help us. And even though one day I will walk with them, I will always walk by your side. You have nothing to worry about Mosspaw. When the time comes to worry, we can worry then. Right now, we need to stay as calm as we can, and just hope for the best."

"What are you doing?" Tidepaw asked her mentor, though not rudely, just curiously.

[Cradily]

Mosspaw managed a half-smile. "Okay," she spoke softly. "I trust you, and I trust StarClan. I'll try not to worry for now."

Lizardstripe closed his eyes and breathed deeply. He looked as though he were asleep, but he wasn't.

Speckleddawn smiles and rests her nose on Mosspaw's head. StarClan, Please, Guide her paws....

Mosspaw purred quietly.

((XD I dont blame you, I didnt give you much to lead off of. Sorry!))

Speckelddawn suddenly flinches at a pain from her gash, seeing that the oak leaf is now shriveled and crusty with blood. "I need to change the cobwebs and the oak leaf on my shoulder... Would you help me please? I can take it off and put the cobweb on, I just need you to get the Oak leaf for me." She mews to Mosspaw, padding over to the cobwebs and starting to peel the cobweb off.

[Cradily]

(No no it's fine! You didn't do anything c:)

"Okay!" Eager to distract herself from the unsettling matter at paw, Mosspaw dashed to the storage of oak leaves in the corner of the den and returned to Speckleddawn a moment later with one in her mouth.

[RedAtMidnight]

"Thank you." She purrs, and careful not to disturb the sticks binding her arm, she places the Oak leaf on the gash, covering it with a cobweb, and sighs. "Much better... It was starting to sting..." She mews, licking away some of the dried blood.

[Cradily]

"Should I get some water?" Mosspaw asked. "Maybe that would help it not to sting so much, or at least wash the blood off."
