Meadowbreeze gave a soft purr and began to do the same to her mate.

Mosspaw beamed with pride. "Thanks! Is there anything else I should do?"

Speckleddawn blinks, thinking for a second. "Could you get me a few poppy seeds? Two or three, maybe? Then you're all done for today, unless Jackdawstar needs something else." She mews, looking over at her herb bundle. "Try adding some Mallow or Burnet to that bundle. It'll help." She tips, lying her head down.

[Cradily]

"Oh, right! Burnet! I knew I was forgetting something." Mosspaw nuzzled her mentor gratefully. "Thanks, Speckleddawn!" She gave two poppy seeds to the medicine cat before adding some stalks of burnet to the rest of the traveling herbs.

Speckleddawn purrs and licks up the seeds, watching her apprentice run off as she falls asleep.
